Termly overview for parents of children in Blackbirds

Term 5 - 2006

Our topic this term is based on water and ponds.

We will be using our local environment. We will be pond dipping in the school pond and in a local stream. We will look at water and the water cycle. There will be lots of practical experiences and it is a very cross-curricular topic.

It should be very exciting and will hopefully culminate in a trip to Friday Island near Oaksey for a very special day out. Shhhhhhh!!!!
